Research Literature
The Cooperative Research Centre for Sustainable Rice Production (Rice CRC) concluded its funding on 30 June, 2005. All it's administrative activities have been finalised. This website is provided as an archive of the CRC's activities and will be maintained until July 2010.

Research Overview

Rice CRC research is organised into five interrelated Programs, each with a new emphasis on those issues that impact on the future of the rice industry. All areas are important but Program 1 with its emphasis on natural resource use, and Program 5 with a renewed commitment to education at all levels, are central to the long-term success of this CRC and the industry.

- Dr Laurie Lewin, Rice CRC Director
